Ingredients:
- ½ scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein (vanilla or unflavored)
- ¼ cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- ¼ cup ice
- 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 dash of vanilla essence
